Program Title

The GP’s program is designed to prepare fresh graduate of good leadership potential to be effective leaders in the future. The GP’s will take a combination of in class training and on the job training and aim to enlarge and realize the full leadership potential of the best employees so that they will better contribute to the common good of their organization. The program is being delivered by three different vendors; Dale Carnegie Training, Learning Tree and CPP (MBTI).

The GP’s will start by doing an MBTI assessment to gain a better understanding of how people are different and how handling different people is a task worth learning.

Learning Tree International sets the world standard for hands-on management and IT training. Since 1974, over 2 million participants from over 65,000 organizations around the world have enhanced their skills through intensive hands-on exercises under the guidance of expert instructors with real-world experience.

What is Wathek Program?

By practicing and experiencing the targeted behavioral capabilities within 8 proactive sessions, 3 hours each, for 3 weeks, in a positive and supportive environment, the targeted behavioral capabilities will become reality in the youths’ daily lives and will last with them for life.

Wathek Program (Generation.next) will provide the youth with the skills they need to achieve success in university, school, home and work. Wathek Program was developed based on information provided by the students, as well as a-100-year approach developed by Dale Carnegie Training. Imagine that your kid has the life and interpersonal skills that you developed through tens of years of your practical experiences.
